Orders placed through our website, app, or third-party delivery platforms are subject to acceptance by the restaurant location fulfilling the order. We are not responsible for delays, errors, or service issues caused by third-party delivery providers.
You are responsible for providing accurate contact and order information. Prices, taxes, fees, and promotions shown at checkout are subject to verification at the time your order is prepared.
Rewards, Loyalty, and Promotions
Rewards programs, loyalty offers, promotions, and free-food or creator programs may include additional rules presented at signup or on promotional pages. We may modify, suspend, or end any program at any time, subject to applicable law.
Rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated. Misuse, fraud, or violation of program rules may result in cancellation of rewards or account suspension.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By separately opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS messages from KRAZY NACHO FRIES INC. through the Krazy Nacho Fries Rewards program. SMS consent is optional. Providing your phone number alone does not enroll you in SMS messaging. You are enrolled for SMS only when you separately opt in or expressly agree to receive SMS messages from us.
